My GBG Review starts from when I first joined the company in October 2007. Initially, I joined GBG for it's low-cost liquid multivitamin because I had discovered that vitamin tablets and pills just get passed through our bodies and are very ineffective. I tried several kinds of liquid vitamins that were purchased at health food stores and never found one with a taste that I could easily tolerate.
