Watercress and sprouts have more antioxidants, vitamins, enzymes, nutrients and minerals than many other vitamin-rich foods such as tomatoes, apples and broccoli. Raw broccoli has more Vitamin C than watercress but it's mostly eaten cooked, not raw.
