Have you had an experience where you were called by telemarketers in the middle of the night, or when you're driving in a highway, or even at work? If you experienced it only once or twice, it can be bearable but if the calls are repeated incessantly, it could be construed as harassment. Don't you wish there was a way that you can find out who's calling you and report it to the authorities?
