Entertainment and communications have not always gone hand in hand. It's difficult to image being entertained by an old rotary phone. However, it's equally difficult to imagine a world where entertainment and communications did not go hand in hand, so accustomed to this have we become. Take cell phones for example. It is difficult to even call them cell phones today, due to the large number of entertainment options they now contain. The trend is even more pronounced where consumers traditionally get their entertainment, namely the TV and the computer.
