On my recent trip to Canada I came across a newspaper article that I thought was very significant. In brief, the article stated that "more than half of workers -- 55 percent -- say they always or usually live paycheck to paycheck just to make ends meet." Now, if the numbers are that bad in Canada, I'm certain they're worse here in the US.
